This site provides free educational content and lets you book a call. It is general information about business and career skills. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment or employment advice, and it isn't tailored to your circumstances. Get your own professional advice before making decisions.
No income guarantee. Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of income, earnings or employment. Any result described is that individual's own experience and is not typical. What you get out of it depends on your effort, your ability, your circumstances, the time you put in, and factors outside anyone's control. You may earn nothing.
Booking a call
Calls are offered subject to availability and suitability. I may decline or cancel a booking. If you book, you agree to be contacted about that booking by email, SMS and phone. Show up to what you book — if you don't, rebooking may not be offered.
Using the site properly
- Give accurate details when you fill in a form.
- Don't copy, republish, resell or redistribute the videos or written material.
- Don't attempt to interfere with, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — video, text, images, layout and design — belongs to Hudson Ball or is used with permission. You get a personal, non-transferable right to view it. Nothing else is granted.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including a video host and a booking system. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your information. Their own terms apply.
Availability
I don't promise the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and I may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or opportunity, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
